Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes! We only sell 100% authentic, brand-name perfumes and colognes sourced from trusted distributors. No imitations, no knock-offs—just the real deal.

Do you offer sample sizes or testers?
We attempt to offer a variety of sizes for each fragrance. Be sure to check and stay updated if we ever do get any in-stock.


Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S. Orders under $100 will have a standard shipping fee.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Need it sooner? We offer expedited shipping options at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working on expanding our reach soon!

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your fragrance! If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Check out our Return Policy for details.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they ship. Email us at PAMNacogdoches@gmail.com ASAP, and we’ll do our best to help!

What if my item arrives damaged?
We’ve got you covered! If your package arrives damaged, email us at PAMNacogdoches@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll make it right.
